Mr. Jones is a co-founder, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and a mentor to MAJ Solutions. He is responsible for providing leadership in information technology strategies, directions and applications. He’s a great asset to the team and his long-term market development strategies will be instrumental in positioning MAJ Solutions as a leading edge systems integrator.

Mister Jones’ experiences encompass information center implementation, project management, software/hardware evaluation, needs analysis, database design, database administration, capacity planning, budget preparation, systems design, programming, technical support, end user training and documentation.

Although Neil, father to Maya Jones, is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of MAJ Solutions, he co-founded M-Cubed M- Information Systems, Inc., a Federal IT Systems Integrator, in 1985 and sustains an active role as President and CEO. His continuing focus is to apply information technology in all forms to support business needs. Before joining M-Cubed full-time, Mr. Jones was a Technical Specialist with the Dupont Company and a Manager of Technical Support for New Castle County. His technical expertise includes a variety of information technologies including; Web enable systems, Lotus Notes, AIX, IBM mainframe centric solutions, information security and enterprise management. Mr. Jones is also very knowledgeable in Systems Network Architecture, TCP/IP and local area network design and implementation. He is adept in personal computer technology as well.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Regents College, he has completed executive management sessions at Wharton and IBM Palisades New York, a CDP from the institute of Certified Computer Professionals, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University. He has gained tremendous amounts of experience in the Systems Integration and Professional Services field as the strategic marketing director for M-Cubed.

Mr. Jones, originally from Georgetown Guyana, today lives in Vienna, Virginia with his wife of 35 years, Sonya. He has 3 children, all of whom were named after inspirational leaders: Malcolm, Maya, and Marcus. When he is not working he enjoys walking 18 holes of golf at Woodmore Country Club.
