Our Acceptance Philosophy:
Typically speaking, people tolerate things that they consider to be loathsome and are obligated to withstand. Acceptance on the other hand, is when an individual truly believes in a concept or notion and embraces it completely. MAJ Solutions is an establishment which consists of members who are wholeheartedly committed to embracing and practicing having an “Acceptance” Philosophy, rather than a “Tolerance” Philosophy of having cultural differences in the workplace.
The founders of MAJ Solutions believe that in order to truly benefit from having cultural differences in the workplace, everyone must strictly abide by all the ethical benchmarks and guidelines that are clearly addressed, defined, and declared in the corporate policies & employee manual. The establishment of high moral standards combined with our “Acceptance” mindset of organizational diversity allows MAJ Solutions as a whole to thrive and equips our Team with the tools needed in order to build an effective and efficient culture of inclusion.

Abide by the Golden Rule:
Be mindful of the deadlines you set - Before setting a deadline for a fellow employee, please take a moment to ask yourself if you are setting a realistic time frame. Would you personally be able to finish the assigned work in the time allotted? Respect the time of others and don’t ask for something that is too unrealistic and demanding.
Get to know your fellow employees - Similarly to knowing yourself, getting to know your coworkers will help you to recognize when they are having a challenging time. MAJ Solutions is a family. It’s important to understand a little more about who they are as people and not just as workers.
Say ‘Thank You’ and acknowledge hard work - You appreciate it when someone writes you a thank you note or acknowledges all of your hard work in a meeting so do the same for others! This helps to build mutual trust and respect in the team.
Understand that things don’t always work and mistakes happen - Sometimes a deadline is missed or a sale is lost. Can you honestly say that this has never happened to you? Always help and encourage your coworkers to learn from each ‘speed bump’ in the road and work with them to develop a plan to move forward.
Be respectful of other’s time - Time is finite and we are all grasping for more of it. You hate to feel that your time is being wasted so please be careful not to make others feel that way.
